Rob Hanneman, Facilities Manager, told employees that he would shave his hair into a Mohawk and color it if the employees made it 100 days without an OSHA recordable inciden t. John Raymond, Rip Saw operator shaved Rob’s hair and Carrie Kruse, Quality Inspector, colored Rob’s Mohawk. The employees met their goal on June 7th and are still without incident.
