We have completed our prefinished line expansion. Our inaugural order of Aacer produced prefinished flooring was shipped this week (click here to watch a short clip of our line in action).
During the past six months, we have increased our manufacturing footprint to 315,000 sq ft, installed a state of the art prefinished line, hired a Prefinished Line Supervisor and crew, and tested & perfected the process. “This line is top-notch. We are ecstatic to finally be bringing our own prefinished material to the marketplace. Lead-times, color and quality will all be managed internally and under our watch. Having this capability in-house will allow us to service our customer base more efficiently.”, says General Manager, Ray Webb.
Aacer’s new prefinished flooring will be marketed as the Heartland Collection. The Collection introduces 9 fresh designer colors along with naturals in the ever-popular Northern Hard Maple, Northern Red Oak and Northern Hickory. A specialty flooring product will be introduced later this year.
