Staying true to our roots, this Collection – like all our other prefinished flooring – is made from prized Northern hardwood. Aacer prides ourselves on being a manufacturer of true northern hardwood flooring. Legends Collection is no exception. This engineered Collection has all the makings of what’s hot in the marketplace right now:
CHARACTER
Northern White Oak has long rays, swirls and burls all attributing to more ‘character’ in the wood. It has a medium to coarse texture and an open-grain appearance. It accepts stain well.
LOW SHEEN + TEXTURE
Low sheen flooring is now trending. High-sheen floors have taken a back seat. On the Legends Collection, we’ve dropped the sheen down to 10. What does 10 mean? 10 is similar to a matte or dull finish. The dull finish is great for active families and lifestyles. The dull finish, combined with a wirebrush texture, is more forgiving and does a better job masking pawprints and footprints.
COLORS
We’re loving the colors in this Collection. They are unassuming – the diamond in the rough, if you will. While not flashy, they pop a punch. Colors range from whitewash to honey to greys to dark brown. We realize it’s impossible to cover everyone’s taste with 12 colors. Being a fully integrated manufacturer with our own prefinished line, we do have the ability to create custom colors.
